ACT Curriculum
ACT English: The ACT English section primarily assesses students on grammar usage. Because schools rarely teach these rules in a structured way, students can usually improve quickly with targeted practice and coaching—making English one of the quickest section to raise and a key area to maximize.
Math: The ACT continues to assess students on a wide array of math concepts. With many concepts coming Algebra I/II and Geometry, instructors will look to refamiliarize students with concepts they may not have seen in years. However, there are some concepts on the ACT that students don't typically learn in school. As a result, instructors will look to also teach students new concepts, while also strengthening their overall problem solving skills.
Reading: The Reading section is one of the most fast-paced and challenging parts of the exam, and many students struggle to finish on time. Our program equips students with the most up-to-date time-management strategies and a specialized approach designed to boost both speed and accuracy.
Science: Despite its name, the science section is not really a science section, but a data analysis section. While optional, the science section continues to be one of the trickiest sections on the ACT. However, with the right tips and approach, students can find the section a lot more manageable.
